Il CESIE è un centro studi e iniziative europeo fondato nel 2001 e ispirato al lavoro e alle teorie del sociologo Danilo Dolci (1924-1997). La mission del CESIE è promuovere l’innovazione, la partecipazione e la crescita in campo educativo. Il lavoro del CESIE si fonda sulla ricerca basata sulle necessità e le sfide sociali e sull’utilizzo di approcci di apprendimento innovativi per rispondere a queste necessità. Call for Proposals: Preventing and Combating Gender-Based Violence and Violence Against Children The European Commission is now accepting proposals for projects aimed at tackling gender-based violence (GBV) and violence against children. This call, under the CERV-2025-DAPHNE programme, focuses on: Objectives: - Prevent and combat all forms of gender-based violence against women, girls, and children. - Support victims and survivors, ensuring consistent protection across the EU. - Address violence against vulnerable groups, such as LGBTQI+ individuals and persons with disabilities. Themes & Priorities: - Capacity-building: Strengthening civil society organizations (CSOs) working on GBV. - Victim Support: Offering protection and support for survivors. - Prevention: Tackling GBV, including cyber violence. - Child Protection: Creating integrated child protection systems. As the Rights and Justice Unit, we bring extensive experience in preventing GBV and supporting those in need. We advocate for robust protections and survivor-centered approaches, aligned with the Council of Europe Convention and EU Directives.
