🔵 Clessidra Capital Credit, through its Private Debt Fund, backed Xenon Private Equity in the acquisition of Elettrolinee S.r.l. and AZETA SRL, two leading players in the installation and maintenance of medium- and low-voltage electrical networks.   As the demand for infrastructure modernization accelerates, this initiative will enhance power networks and water infrastructure across Northern Italy, ensuring greater resilience and efficiency. Clessidra Capital Credit, alongside a pool of lenders, acted as underwriter of the unitranche financing supporting Xenon in the context of the acquisition. The no-alcohol market is expanding rapidly. In the US, it has already surpassed $1 billion, while in Italy, more consumers are embracing no- and low-alcohol alternatives. However, this shift is not eroding the traditional wine market but broadening the consumer base: 44% of no-alcohol consumers have transitioned from other non-alcoholic beverages, and only 29% have replaced full-strength alcohol.
