E-commerce giant Amazon opens a new logistics hub in #Alessandria. The #building, which covers an area of about 10,000 sqm, has seen the involvement of Coiver Group for the #construction of plasterboard walls, false walls and false ceilings, insulating ceilings, glazed walls, paintwork, external sunshades, façade coverings and glazed roofs, as well as the signs installation. Coiver Group has a strong know-how in the realization of large-scale #IndustrialProjects. Other interesting #projects were the F.I.V. Bianchi headquarters in Treviglio, the Iveco headquarters in Turin and the Yves Saint Laurent production plant in Scandicci, Florence. For Amazon, on the other hand, the group has in the past also realized the #logistics poles of Ardea, Campagnano and Fiumicino in central Italy. Coiver Group's new acquisition in the #ShoppingCenter asset class. It is the Entertainment Center Bicocca Village in #Milan, which will undergo a major #restyling of the open gallery areas on the 1st floor. The #project, commissioned by Kryalos SGR and designed by SOLIDS , will see our Group acting as #GeneralContractor for the renovation of the #foodcourt and co-working areas. The works will include the demolition of the current flooring and false ceilings and the supply and installation of new vinyl flooring, custom metal slat false ceilings and special furnishings. In addition to the remaking of the electrical system with new lighting fixtures. The strong points of this project are the proximity of the Coiver Group's headquarters to the site area and the service offered of engineering and in-house production of customised work thanks to the in-house workshop. This is a location that Coiver Group is already very familiar with, having worked in the #construction phase and subsequently in 2017 on the supply of new interior furnishings, the restyling of the outdoor areas, and the redesigning of the car park wayfinding. Works completed by Ferlegno - a Coiver Group company specialized in custom ceilings and coverings, special furnishings and partition walls - in an office #building in Via Oglio in #Milan owned by PIMCO. The #project, the #design and construction management of which was in the hands of Il Prisma, involved the complete fit out of the hospitality and accommodation areas with the #engineering, production and installation of custom-made furniture, as well as the refurbishment of floors and electrical/plumbing systems and painting. The special feature of the project was the Coiver Group's in-house production of the social areas furniture (such as the Cocoon made of curved oak), pursuing the Group's mission "From Concept To Reality" by transforming design ideas into reality thanks to the Group's in-house joinery and a team of specialized #architects and designers. Moreover, this special furniture will also be the subject of the next Ferlegno's advertising campaign in the prestigious magazine THE PLAN. Coiver Contract also worked in the project as #GeneralContractor of the Core & Shell part. The objective of the Montefeltro Office Village #project in #Milan was to intervene in the building’s recognizability by giving it a stronger image and thus also improving its commercial attractiveness. The activities, commissioned by Kryalos SGR to Coiver Cladding and Ferlegno (Coiver Group Companies) and carried out in just 6 months, involved the complete restyling of the #façade envelope, with particular attention to the one on Via Montefeltro and an #interiordesign for the welcome area on the ground floor. The #concept of the metal/glass #cladding, developed by SOLIDS #architecture studio, was engineered by Coiver Group's technical department, which, thanks to its #expertise and consolidated know-how over nearly 50 years of activity, was able to turn the #design idea into reality. StMicroelectronics invests in #Catania with a new chip production plant. Coiver Sign & Color – the Coiver Group’s Company specialized in #paintings, wayfinding, digital signage, retail furnitures, visual communication and thermal insulation coatings – was involved by the #GeneralContractor CMB for 8,000 sqm of surfaces #painting, the epoxy painting of ceilings and walls for over 15,000 sqm, the cement smoothing of approximately 3,000 sqm of pillars and the installation of around 8,000 sqm of floor resin. The works, which began in July, will be completed at the end of 2024. Another mega #project that increases the Group’s know-how in #Sicily, confirming how our companies are also operational outside of primary locations. Some important projects managed by the Group in Sicily are the Città dei Templi, Etnapolis, Porte di Catania and the Porto Empedocle shopping centres, as well as the Catanese Clinical Institute - Humanitas. Hitachi Energy Italy, for its headquarters in #Milan and Lodi, has chosen Ferlegno for the #design and installation of the offices partition walls.   Characterized by a contemporary aesthetic, the DOUBLE and ICE glass systems have given the #environmental well-lit and well-being thanks to structures composed of extruded aluminum profiles with a minimal look. Light and resistant, the Ferlegno's partition walls also allowed for an optimal spaces division.   Since 1966, Ferlegno (a Coiver Group Company) has been producing and installing advanced systems of glass walls, coverings and custom furnishings, working in collaboration with the main #architectural studios, supporting them in the #concept design phase, space planning up to closing the #construction phase.
