📰 𝗦𝗥𝗧 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗿: 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 On 1st February 2025, 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗸 𝗦.𝗿.𝗹. officially became part of 𝗦𝗥𝗧 𝗦.𝗿.𝗹. This important milestone represents natural completion of an integration process that began in August 2023 with the acquisition. We have three new editions to our fleet of Colmar road rail vehicles. We also have a fourth Colmar tracked road rail vehicle, which is still being built in Italy and will soon make the 1100 mile/48 hour long journey to our Plant depot in Scunthorpe. The new machines give our team even more flexibility, as the road rail ‘crawler’ configuration means they can move more readily over unmade ground, before on tracking at a road rail access point. These machines will now undergo final tests before commencing work on site later this month.
