[🎤 Demo Day di KUBO Studios : tra strategia, brand identity e opportunità per i talenti emergenti] A fine luglio, ho avuto l'idea di lanciare il Demo Day come parte di una strategia di marketing volta a consolidare l'awareness e la brand identity di Kubo Studios, posizionandoli come punto di riferimento per la produzione musicale a #Milano. L’obiettivo era chiaro: aumentare il flusso di clientela e offrire un'opportunità concreta ai giovani #artisti, che oggi, nel 2024, affrontano una competizione mai vista prima. Con il numero di artisti in costante crescita, è sempre più difficile emergere senza una forte strategia virale, e il Demo Day ha offerto un contesto unico per farlo. L’evento è stato concepito come un touchpoint strategico all'interno di una più ampia strategia di engagement, con l’obiettivo di creare un'esperienza immersiva che potesse rafforzare il legame con il target e aumentare la fidelizzazione, garantendo al contempo un flusso costante di nuovi artisti e clienti. È stata sviluppata una campagna di content marketing con video e immagini che hanno alimentato un percorso di lead generation. Ogni contenuto è stato progettato per incrementare l'engagement, creando una serie di micro-moments che hanno portato alla conversion finale: la registrazione e la partecipazione al Demo Day. Il tasso di risposta è stato entusiasmante, con oltre 300 candidature in una settimana e 60 artisti selezionati. Il Demo Day non è stato solo un'opportunità per Kubo Studios, ma anche per Gekai Music, la nostra etichetta discografica. Le listening session hanno rappresentato un'importante finestra di talent scouting, permettendoci di individuare nuovi artisti da integrare nei nostri progetti futuri. Questo processo ha rafforzato l'identità di #Gekai come hub creativo in grado di connettere giovani talenti con opportunità reali nel mondo musicale. Per gli artisti, il Demo Day ha rappresentato un’occasione davvero unica e apprezzata. La possibilità di far ascoltare la propria musica a figure competenti del settore, come gli A&R di Gekai Music, è più unica che rara a Milano al giorno d'oggi. Siamo felici, quindi, che l'entusiasmo e la partecipazione siano stati altissimi: tutti gli artisti hanno espresso grande #gratitudine per aver avuto accesso a un'esperienza così #formativa e #stimolante.
