🌍 2030: DAVINES GROUP TOWARDS PLANET REGENERATION Conserving water and reducing our water footprint throughout our value chain have been among the main goals of our sustainability strategy for years and moving forward we will carry out a detailed plan to address challenges and improve our water use efficiency. The Davines Group begins its journey in Parma in 1983, with the Bollati family's idea of establishing a laboratory for the production of high end hair products. After a decade of research and improvement the company decides to focus on its own brands by launching from scratch Davines and [comfort zone] brands, the first one dedicated to the professional hairdressing, the other one to the skin care spas and treatments market. Today the Davines Group is present in 95 countries and employs a multicultural team spanning 34 different nationalities and in 2016 had become a member of the group of so-called B Corps, whose purpose, in addition to profit, is maximizing their positive impact by providing innovative solutions to environmental and social issues whilst respecting the highest standards of performance, transparency and accountability. Besides the Parma headquarters, we have branches in New York, Paris, London, Mexico, Netherland, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Düsseldorf. Now, we've set ourselves even more ambitious sustainability goals and we're committed to pursuing our mission with even greater dedication. Measuring #circularity is an essential step for developing concrete actions. ⏳ After a two-year wait, the most extraordinary event dedicated to the world of hair artistry was finally back! Around 3000 members of the #Davines community from 53 different countries touched down in Berlin for the 2024 edition of the #WorldWideHairTour. A globetrotting event that reunites incredibly talented artists from all over the world in one place to share their vision, exchange ideas, and discuss the latest trends in the hair industry. ✂️ 8 internationally renowned hairstylists, including Davines Hair Art Director Tom Connell, graced the stage at the Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin, to present their latest collections and share their unique vision and expertise with the audience. 🧪 In a world that evolves at the speed of a click, innovation is not just a choice – it's an imperative necessity. At Davines Group, our focus is on unlocking uniqueness by transforming inventions into innovation, so we invited our R&I team in Asti for the Davines Group Science Days 2024. First stop: a tour of Casa Martini - Martini & Rossi, where the Italian company has been innovating for over a century, while staying true to their values and original formulations. 🎤 The day after was dedicated to present innovative internal projects and three external speakers were hosted - biologist Aïna Queiroz, cosmetic safety expert Giulio Pirotta and marketing and data analytics veteran Catarina Sismeiro. They gave everyone a lot of food for thought, as they uncovered their unique perspectives on innovation. 🚲 To wrap up these refreshing days, the team braved the rain and went out for a bike ride around the charming Piedmontese vineyards. 🌱 Thank you to all the people that were a part of this Science Days – experiences like this continue stimulating our curiosity and motivate us to keep innovation alive. #DavinesGroup #DavinesGroupPeople #DavinesGroupRegeneration #BCorp

🌍 2030: DAVINES GROUP TOWARDS PLANET REGENERATION Climate change is the defining crisis of our time and today more than ever, at the Davines Group, we feel an urgent need to act. As a stakeholder-driven company, we understand that our impact goes far beyond our company's boundaries, so we have committed to even more ambitious goals, to promote a more regenerative vision and approach. 🏭 In 2006, we started our journey towards #decarbonization, which led us to formally sign our commitment with the Science Based Targets initiative to achieve the Net Zero goal by 2050 at the latest.
