Last September, Dedar and Hotel Designs, leading international hotel design website, invited eight interior designers from some of the highest-end studios in the UK for a roundtable to discuss the global influences in hotel design at Dedar showroom in Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, London. During the panel, the topic was approached from different angles: in particular, how projects are influenced by global trends but also by specific local characteristics that identify the area in which the project is realised.
