🚀 Tech chapter: data is key driver for growth. 🔍 At Deesup over the past weeks our team has focused on improving our internal search functionality to elevate the #customer experience. We noticed that mobile usage of the search feature was significantly low, and conversion rates for users searching directly on the platform were no higher than those browsing through the menu. This insight led us to rethink the entire #search experience, entering a new testing phase with the goal of making it more intuitive and engaging. 📲 Our tech team has worked hard to integrate a powerful search engine that seamlessly interacts with the #Vendure framework powering our platform. We made the search bar more prominent, introduced immersive search sessions, and implemented dynamic suggestions to guide users more effectively. Also, we redesigned the UX/UI of the search feature, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience that aligns with modern browsing habits. Check out the below picture! 📈 The new search is not only smarter but also more #usercentric, featuring typo-tolerance and advanced filtering options to deliver highly relevant results. The outcome? A 3x increase in visitors using the internal search and an 86% rise in the number of searches per user.
