Sept 2023 - Sept 2024: The first year of Entrepreneurship Club Statale It’s incredible to think that just one year ago, in 2023, we received an exciting proposal from E-Club Ventures: to build an entrepreneurship club with the aim of bridging the gap between students and the business world. We jumped at the opportunity, forming a small founding team formed by Arianna Cuccia, Alessandro Fioretti and Leonardo Ipocovana. By July, we kicked off our first recruitment campaign. As we continued recruiting, we discovered other talented individuals who believed in our vision and wanted to join the project, bringing their expertise to the table. We were thrilled to welcome Miriam Rachdy and Edoardo Petrucci to the board, as Head of Human Resources and Head of Events. September rolled around, and after a well-deserved summer break, we were finally face-to-face, ready to start our engines. Our journey took off with an inspiring event at Gea Digital, where Andrea Teja shared his career insights, followed by a memorable networking aperitivo with Federica Lettieri from Bevy. We hosted a seminar led by the brilliant Professor Reichert, who delved into the power of social innovation, and organized countless networking opportunities that helped our Pioneers connect and grow. Meanwhile, our Marketing and Content team started to gain traction, publishing a series of resources focused on the essential tools for entrepreneurship. But as with any venture, we faced challenges. Growing our membership base and keeping our Pioneers engaged wasn’t always easy. There were moments where we felt the hype slipping, and we realized the importance of continually fostering a community that truly resonates with our members. Then, we had to make some major changes, including a rebranding due to new guidelines from our university. It wasn’t easy, but it was necessary for us to move forward stronger and more aligned with our mission. And soon after, it was time to elect the new board, a moment to reflect on everything we had built and what we needed to strengthen. And now here we are, with a reinforced leadership team, including Niccolò Cibei as President, Arianna Cuccia as Vice President and Head of Marketing and Contents, Giacomo De Poli as Head of Events, and Aziza Azizova as Head of HR. We’re ready to bring students at Statale a fantastic lineup of events and opportunities to grow. This past year taught us resilience, adaptability, and the importance of staying true to our vision. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to build an even stronger community with all of you. Here’s to many more years of growth, learning, and entrepreneurial spirit, Pioneers! 🚀

Last June 5th, we held a webinar with guest Michele Vitolo, HOW TO STARTUP AT 19.
