Inspired by our visionary founder, Zegna follows its own path down the road that Ermenegildo built over 110 years ago in the mountains in Piedmont, Northern Italy.     We were thrilled to host MBA students from the Michigan Ross School of Business at Oasi Zegna—the home of our values. Stepping into our world means traveling through time, from 1910 to today, and experiencing firsthand the craftsmanship, quality, and innovation that define us. During their visit to Lanificio Zegna, they followed the thread from fiber to fabric, witnessing the artistry behind our textiles and how they shape experiences worldwide. As part of the "Global Family Business - Made in Italy" course Italia Innovation, these students explored Casa Zegna and our Wool Mill, gaining insight into the long-term vision that drives Italian companies—where manufacturing excellence and social responsibility create a lasting competitive advantage.     TO THE ACADEMY The short film stars Italian-American actor Alessandro Nivola (‘The Brutalist’) as he dresses for the Oscars. It captures that moment before the big event, a time of preparation – both psychical and emotional. He reconnects his family story with themes in ‘The Brutalist’ and is reminded of the time and skill required to create something extraordinary, be it a building, a suit, or one’s legacy. ‘I can see that sculpture, architecture, and tailoring share a common thread: they’re about scale, craft, and precision – about realising something greater than the sum of its parts,’ he says, donning his custom-made ZEGNA tuxedo before heading out for the night.

    An enchanting day, a stunning location, and the unique touch of a legacy that lives on each day through the authenticity of our people, enriching a community of meaningful connections. This was the spirit of the 2025 Ermenegildo Zegna Group Snowday at Oasi Zegna—a natural territory extending from Trivero, Italy, to the peaks of the Biella Alps in Northern Italy, surrounding ZEGNA’s historic Wool Mill. Some took on the challenge of the snowboard and ski races, while others embraced the beauty of snowshoeing through breathtaking landscapes or joined activities organized in partnership with SPORT SENZA FRONTIERE. Everyone enjoyed the morning in their own way, surrounded by the peaceful, snow-covered Oasi Zegna, the home of our values, before coming together at the Monte Marca refuge to share a meal of local delicacies in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A truly restorative experience, as excellent and unique as a snowflake.     Actor John Turturro embarks on a heartfelt journey to Trivero, reconnecting with his Italian heritage and the legacy of ZEGNA’s Founder, Ermenegildo Zegna. Directed by Boramy Viguier, this exploration unveils the artistry behind Vellus Aureum – ZEGNA’s finest wool – and the enduring value of craftsmanship.  At our Founder’s villa, Turturro explores the archives, the Founder’s office, and Ermenegildo’s private bocce field. Dressed in pieces from the Winter 2025 Vellus Aureum collection, he reflects on legacy, individuality, and lessons passed through generations: "Don’t always follow where the road leads you. Go where your instincts take you and leave a trail."

During their visit, they received a comprehensive overview of the evolution of ZEGNA's products, presented by our team. The students also truly appreciated the opportunity to explore our craftsmanship up close, observing the dedication and precision that define our production team’s work. They were equally impressed by the welcoming environment and the attention to detail that permeates every aspect of our operations.
