Inspired by our visionary founder, Zegna follows its own path down the road that Ermenegildo built over 110 years ago in the mountains in Piedmont, Northern Italy. His 232 road, crossing the 100 km2 Oasi Zegna natural territory surrounding the wool mill, has been turned into a graphic abstraction and signifier of the Zegna brand identity where history is expressed in the family name of the founder. Established as a fabric maker, Zegna is internationally recognized as a leading global luxury menswear brand and part of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group. Managed by Gildo Zegna as Chairman and CEO, Zegna Group designs, creates and distributes luxury menswear and accessories under the Zegna brand and womenswear, menswear and accessories under the Thom Browne brand to over 500 stores, of which, as of December 31, 2021, 297 DOS (of which 245 Zegna and 52 Thom Browne), in 80 countries around the world, remaining committed to leveraging its rich heritage to build a better present and future.

    The Biella Master delle Fibre Nobili 2024 students celebrated their first milestone with us this month. They visited our Monte Napoleone Global Store in Milan, experiencing the ZEGNA selling ceremony and the power of personalization, learning how our values, rooted in Oasi Zegna, resonate worldwide through authentic beauty and luxury. Some students also spent two weeks at our Trivero Wool Mill, immersing themselves in our commitment to sustainability and quality, represented in our stores as a tale of excellence to feel, touch, and wear. The day concluded with interviews at our HQ, where they shared their stories and received valuable advice from our HR team. A heartfelt thank you to all ZEGNA teams—HR, Store, and Product Development—for making this day enriching and helping these eager students gain a comprehensive understanding of textiles and retail in our world. #GrowWithZegna #ZEGNA

    A few days ago, we had the pleasure of hosting students from De Brauw Corporate Advisory Business Course at our Headquarters in Milan. Under supervision of the De Brauw Business Course committee set up by the leading international law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek based in Amsterdam, twelve students, organized into project teams of three, were briefed on a fictional corporate case study featuring ZEGNA in different situations. They presented their pitch to our Group General Counsel and her team and answered questions to initiate a challenging discussion. Students were driven along ZEGNA’s road to tomorrow, bringing them into an immersive journey into our values, brands and products such as the Sneaker Triple Stitch, the Alba Overshirt in Oasi Cashmere and the Overshirt in Oasi Lino. We are grateful for the opportunity to inspire the bright minds of tomorrow by sharing the essence of our authenticity. #GrowWithZegna #ZEGNA
