Climate change, massive tourist movements, international migration, and increases in world commercial exchanges are important underlying factors for the emergence and re-emergence of specific infectious diseases. Join us for an interactive online workshop as part of the ESOT Certificate in Quality of Care in Post-Transplant Infectious Diseases. Experts will discuss cases of donor-derived infections, including Dengue and West Nile Virus. A Brazilian colleague will share insights on Dengue transmission from an organ donor to two kidney recipients, sparking an essential discussion on diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
