Empowering Women and Driving Change with PepsiCo! We are proud to announce our collaboration with PepsiCo in Serbia for their "She is PepsiCo" campaign, aimed at empowering and supporting women in traditionally male-dominated fields. At FERCAM, we share PepsiCo's commitment to gender equality. In a sector often viewed as male-dominated, we are proud that half of our employees are women, holding positions across operational, managerial, and top management levels. Supporting this campaign was a natural choice for us, as it aligns perfectly with our core values. We have branded seven of our trucks with images of these inspiring women, turning them into moving billboards to spread the message of empowerment and gender equality across Serbia. Two weeks ago, we celebrated a monumental milestone: our 75th anniversary! This special occasion was made truly meaningful by the participation and enthusiasm of colleagues from all over the world🌍 During the event, we revisited our major achievements, celebrating not just the growth of the company, but also the dedication and passion of all our employees. As CEO Hannes Baumgartner said: «this milestone would not have been possible without the contribution of those who have worked and continue to work at FERCAM. It is your dedication, commitment, and passion that have allowed our company to be what it is today. I sincerely thank you for your contribution and for being an integral part of our team!»

From humble beginnings in 1949, founded by Bruno Perina, Luigi Spagnolli, and Ottorino Fanini in Bolzano, to becoming a global logistics powerhouse, FERCAM's journey is a testament to resilience, adaptability, and visionary leadership. In 1963, Eduard Baumgartner transformed FERCAM into a family business, igniting a legacy of growth and innovation. Under his leadership and later, his son Thomas Baumgartner, FERCAM expanded its fleet, embraced technological advancements, and established a robust presence across Europe. In the 2010s, FERCAM skillfully navigated the financial crisis with strategic cost optimization, adopted sustainable fuels, and launched the Air & Ocean division. The 2020s brought resilience through Covid-19, record financial growth, a strategic alliance with DACHSER & FERCAM Italia, and expansion into the Baltic and Asiatic regions. As we celebrate 75 years, we honor our rich history and look forward to a future of continued innovation and excellence in the logistics industry.
