Last Friday, our friends at Silicon Allee visited us with 10 startups from Italy. 🇮🇹🚀   What do startups from #MedTech #ConsumerElectronics #MobilitySaaS #Fashion #Sustainability and #Robotics have in common with a design agency? 🤔 How they approach building their products and being design-driven. 🎨 Our Head of UX, Steven B. Cook, talked about our approach to design and particularly in the context of changes brought about by AI.  💡 He took us on a journey to understand our evolution from designing for 1's and 0's in a linear world of input=output, to a world where we prompt machines with an entirely different set of interactions that result in proactive dialogue. 🌐   Here are three key changes we see so far:   #1 Multi-contextual and multi-modal: how do we design for non-linear interactions? 🔀 #2 Real value: how do we translate brand character while ensuring we provide value to user needs, rather than just sharing a targeted ad? 💎 #3 Don't underestimate UX: in times of significant behaviour changes, with stronger demand for personalisation and shorter forgiveness windows from users, we must focus even more on UX. 🎯   Thank you to Florin- Catalin Chici, Silicon Allee, and Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute HHI for facilitating these sessions and to all the startups for visiting us!
