What if you could separate #multiple #fluorophores with identical spectra—just by their #lifetime? 🔬 FLISM for Multispecies Imaging With PRISM-LIGHT based on SPAD array technology, you get super-resolution in space and time in a single instrument, enabling true photon-resolved FLISM. How? By leveraging the best lifetime analysis techniques: 🌀 Phasor Segmentation Method: Ideal for situations where you have a priori knowledge of the lifetime components present in the sample. This method assigns pixels to predefined lifetime clusters, making it highly efficient for distinguishing known fluorophores in complex environments. 🔍🌈 Phasor Separation Method: Best suited for unknown or mixed species, as it allows the identification of distinct lifetime components even when spectral overlap is present. It works by resolving the contributions of multiple fluorophores in a pixel without the need for explicit fitting. 🔴🟢🔵 Pulsed Interleaved Excitation (PIE): Essential when dealing with fluorophores that have overlapping emission spectra but different excitation pathways.
