In recent days, we had the pleasure of visiting our colleagues at HAPP Injection Moulding, together with our JSP partners, a valuable opportunity to strengthen our collaboration and engage in meaningful discussions on Business Development, Automation, and Production.   During the meeting, we explored new opportunities for joint growth, shared best practices, and discussed innovative solutions to tackle market challenges together. This exchange allowed us to enhance the expertise and strengths of both companies, reinforcing teamwork and fostering new operational synergies.   This visit marks another step forward in the collaboration between GHEPI and HAPP, with the goal of developing increasingly effective and competitive strategies. Abbiamo visitato il SIGEP, evento di riferimento per l'intera community del Foodservice, settore nel quale siamo presenti da molti anni grazie alla collaborazione con importanti aziende, leader a livello internazionale. La visita di Isabella Fontana è stata un’ottima occasione per incontrare i nostri Clienti, scoprire le novità nel mondo dei macchinari per gelateria, pasticceria e panificazione e capire quali soluzioni innovative possiamo proporre nell’ambito dello stampaggio a iniezione e impiego di nuovi polimeri. Today we are pleased to introduce Rossella Stellini. Rossella joined Ghepi in 2018 as Quality Control Technician, part of the Operations department, with consolidated experience in the metalworking sector. After an initial period to understand the differences with the plastics sector, she learned quickly thanks to her interest in the subject, her high learning ability and desire to perform her role to the best of his ability.  Rossella is an extremely dynamic person with a broad vision of the work, allowing her to address multiple factors at the same time. She is precise and punctual, and has the ability to engage those around her, making her an important point of reference within the department. Her journey of independently acquiring technical knowledge at Ghepi has earned her the respect of everyone. For all these reasons and for the commitment and professionality performed, from this year she holds the position of Quality Control Manager.  🎤 “What I appreciate most about my job is the dynamism; every day feels like a brand-new experience, with different challenges to face, where I can apply my skills and knowledge. Con grande piacere, come sempre, abbiamo accolto gli Studenti e i Docenti di una Classe di 3^ Media dell’Istituto Comprensivo Boiardo di Scandiano, in occasione dell’iniziativa #INDUSTRIAMOCI, promossa dalla Piccola Industria di Confindustria e coordinata sul territorio da Unindustria Reggio Emilia. Questo Progetto, che dal 2010 ha coinvolto oltre 500.000 partecipanti, rientra nelle iniziative di #ORIENTAMENTO alla scelta della Scuola Superiore e rappresenta un’opportunità offerta ai ragazzi per conoscere come si svolge la vita in azienda, condividerne la storia e i progetti futuri. Il tema guida di questa edizione è "COSTRUIRE" che abbiamo declinato in: 🎖️ Valore delle PERSONE e della CULTURA per lo sviluppo dell’Impresa; 🎯 Specificità del nostro territorio e del MADE IN ITALY; 💫 Importanza delle COMPETENZE TRASVERSALI (soft skills) rispetto a quelle Tecniche; ♻️ Consapevolezza sulle potenzialità delle Materie Plastiche a favore della SOSTENIBILITA’ e dell’ECONOMIA CIRCOLARE. Una serata arricchita da ottima compagnia, buon cibo e divertimento con la musica. 💫 Tra gli eventi più attesi della serata, la premiazione dei vincitori del concorso "Porta il tuo zaino GHEPI in vacanza con te", il nostro contest annuale che premia le fotografie più emozionanti scattate durante le vacanze estive con lo zaino del 50°. Un plauso agli strepitosi vincitori dell’edizione 2024: 🥇 Filippo Bianchi,🥈Francesco Medaglia e🥉Isabella Fontana! Ringraziamo tutti i partecipanti al concorso per aver condiviso con noi i loro momenti di vita! 👠GIORNATA INTERNAZIONALE CONTRO LA VIOLENZA SULLE DONNE 👢 Nella risoluzione dell’Onu è scritto oggi che per violenza contro le donne s’intende "qualsiasi atto di violenza di genere che si traduca o possa provocare danni o sofferenze fisiche, sessuali o psicologiche alle donne, comprese le minacce di tali atti, la coercizione o privazione arbitraria della libertà, sia che avvengano nella vita pubblica che in quella privata". "NESSUNA SCUSA - osserva il Presidente Mattarella - è il tema proposto dall'ONU per celebrare la giornata odierna. È addirittura superfluo sottolineare che, quindi, non ci sono scuse accettabili a giustificazione della violenza di genere. Occorrono azioni concrete. È fondamentale continuare a lavorare per eradicare i pregiudizi e gli atteggiamenti discriminatori che rendono ancora oggi le donne più deboli nella società, nel lavoro e nella famiglia. Le istituzioni, le forze della società civile devono sostenere le donne nella denuncia di qualsiasi forma di sopruso, offrendo protezione e adeguato supporto. È un valore per l'intera società far sì che siano pienamente garantiti i diritti umani dell'universo femminile", conclude.
