At Gi Group Holding, we are committed to supporting mental health across our global operations. In commemorating #WorldMentalHealthDay this year, we are putting our global spotlight on India, where we have taken meaningful actions to prioritise mental health in the workplace, starting with awareness efforts to break the stigma around mental health conversations. Over the past three years, our team in India published 3 reports - "All in the Mind: The State of Mental Health in Corporate India", "All in the Mind: The Leadership Factor", and "The Safety Net: Supporting Employee Well-Being with Psychological Safety" - to highlight the state of mental health in Corporate India. Internally, they have also been able to prioritise employees’ mental health through regular workshops, free counselling sessions, fitness challenges, and yoga workshops. Additionally, workshops were organised to train Managers on how to create a psychologically safe environment, recognising the importance of mental well-being at all levels. At the heart of everything we do at Gi Group Holding, we believe that when people feel supported and valued, they thrive and so do the workplaces they help build. #GiGroupHolding #MoreThanWork #MentalHealth #HumanResources

We are honoured to have hosted the Governance for Inclusive Vocational Excellence- GIVE International Conference at our HQ in Milan, to discuss inclusive excellence in the Future of Work. The GIVE Project, Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, aims at designing and developing a European Platform of Centres of Excellence devoted to innovating VET sector for the social inclusion of individuals belonging to disadvantaged groups. We had the chance to hear from speakers and leaders from different international, government and academic institutions such as the European Parliament, International Labour Organisation, UNESCO-UNEVOC, Cedefop, Universities, the Lombardy Region and many others. Our very own Francesco Baroni, Country Manager of Italy at Gi Group Holding, gave the welcome remarks. Together with the speakers and guests, we discussed and explored innovative strategies for finding new approaches to achieving both inclusion and vocational excellence in education and training.
