Born in 2000 in Venice, in few years it has redefined the concept of luxury, pioneering the ‘casualization’ and ‘sneakerization’ of the global personal luxury goods market, becoming synonymous with extremely high quality, meticulous attention to detail, and its iconic lived-in signature effect. With the ambition of bringing the Italian hand-made tradition to the world, the brand promotes craftsmanship that gives life to an everyday wardrobe combining Italian wearability with an urban vintage flavor.     Since the beginning of our journey, we have always strived to commit in leading a chain of positive change for a better tomorrow. That is why, we are proud to share that Golden Goose has collaborated with the artist Maïa Régis to support Art of Wishes to kick off Frieze London 2024 and celebrate creativity through a unique Co-Creation experience hosted at our London, Dover Street store.    Art of Wishes was founded by art collector and philanthropist Batia Ofer to harness the power of the art world to raise funds for Make-A-Wish® UK, part of a global movement creating life-changing wishes for children with a critical illness. The immersive afternoon offered guests a unique opportunity to engage in a personal Co-Creation experience with Maïa Régis, who brought her signature artistic flair to each pair of Golden Goose sneakers. Through our distinctive traits we always try to be near to our community, supporting causes close to our hearts.     We are honoured to announce that on September 22nd, Golden Goose has been conferred the Groundbreaker Award on the stage of the CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards 2024 for the Yatay Lab project. During the event, at Teatro alla Scala of Milan, Silvio Campara, CEO of Golden Goose and Umberto De Marco, President of Coronet Group have been awarded by the renowned Italian actress Matilde Gioli and by the Brazilian supermodel Isabeli Fontana.   This prize is attributed to innovative ideas, technologies, or products that mark a substantial breakthrough, with the potential to transform industries, generate new markets or opportunities for expansion, and enhance people's life.  In recent years, our creative process has broadened our horizons for the future, leading us to experiment with innovative ideas, this, in fact, is how the Yatay Lab was born.   The Yatay Lab is the result of a research and development journey into innovative and circular materials meant to give life to new collections, such as the Yatay Model 1B, our bio-based sneaker, and to be shared with other luxury companies in a strategic hub where innovation, luxury and craftsmanship meet to create cutting-edge solutions in the fashion field.
