TimeFlow, a platform revolutionizing Workforce and Corporate Sourcing management, has successfully raised a €4 million round.   The round was led by Vertis SGR and Azimut Group (ALIcrowd III) followed by Azimut Venture Capital Digitech Europe and X-Equity strategy funds. Additionally, CDP Venture Capital SGR (Fondo Rilancio), Growth Engine, and Duccio Vitali converted previously subscribed convertible instruments into equity.   Congratulations to the founders Lorenzo Danese, Iacopo Albanese, Gianmarco Ferrante, and Federico Patrioli

Growth Engine has invested in Cubbit's $12.5 million fundraising round together with co-lead investors LocalGlobe and ETF Partners, as well as Verve Ventures, 2100 Ventures, Hydra, Eurenergia, Moonstone Venture Capital, Azimut Libera Impresa Digitech Fund, CDP Venture Capital SGR - Fondo Evoluzione, Primo Ventures, and individual investors Fabio Fregi and Joe Zadeh.   The new funding will enable Cubbit to expand its operations across Europe, enhance technology adoption, and support vertical projects in diverse industries, including aerospace, defense, and healthcare.   Congratulations Stefano Onofri Alessandro Cillario Marco Moschettini and Lorenzo Posani

Growth Engine has invested in Zefi.ai's €1.6M pre-seed funding round, along with 360 Capital, 14Peaks Capital, and Aticco Ventures.   Zefi.ai is a platform that enables companies to automate the analysis of all conversations with their customers, such as reviews, calls, surveys, tickets, customer support requests, etc., in real-time through artificial intelligence algorithms.
