Advanced Engineering From concept to design, from manufacturing of prototypes to serial production, our engineering team works in close connection with our Customers to develop the right components specifically designed for the required application and to develop the most cost-effective manufacturing solutions. Technologies hGears is one of the few companies worldwide capable of combining Machining and Powder Metal technologies for the manufacture of gears and components. The availability of two technologies, with a focus on middle to high volume production, and its international presence allow hGears to be the right partner for global players.     ⚙️Helical Compaction: an advanced and efficient technology for high-precision gears. Helical compaction is a special manufacturing process used in #PowderMetallurgy to produce high-precision gears. Instead of machining gears from solid material, fine metal powder is pressed into shape inside a mold and bonded into a solid workpiece through the #sintering process. What makes this process unique is that the mold can rotate while pressing, allowing the creation of helical (twisted) gear teeth directly in the compaction step.
