🇬🇧 In mid-2024, we started an internal training course dedicated to sustainability.The decision to start these meetings stemmed from the desire to share with our employees a deeper and more conscious knowledge of the challenges and opportunities related to this subject. Sustainability, in fact, represents a concrete commitment for all of us. Since June, we have therefore organised a series of meetings which, by the end of the year, have involved all five companies in our group. The common thread of these meetings was, of course, the in-depth study of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, three essential dimensions for measuring, monitoring and strengthening a company's commitment to a more sustainable future. A heartfelt thanks goes out to Elisa Zamò, ILCAM Group's Sustainability Manager, who with enthusiasm and professionalism was able to convey the value of our green commitment, generating interest and involvement in every session.Let us continue to build a better future together, innovating while respecting the environment and people. 🇮🇹 A metà del 2024 abbiamo avviato un percorso formativo interno dedicato alla sostenibilità.La decisione di iniziare questi incontri è nata dal desiderio di condividere con i nostri dipendenti una conoscenza sempre più approfondita e consapevole delle sfide e delle opportunità legate a questa materia. La sostenibilità, infatti, rappresenta per tutti noi un impegno concreto. 🇬🇧 Happiness, joy and the desire to be together. Yesterday evening was a triumph of emotions. Organized in the exclusive setting of the Blu Energy Stadium in Udine, an iconic location in the Friuli Venezia Giulia sport world, it was a chance to spend quality time all together, already looking to the future with sparkling eyes. All this, in between a toast and a good slice of panettone. Best wishes again from ILCAMGroup! 🇮🇹 Felicità, gioia e voglia di stare insieme. La serata di ieri sera è stata un tripudio di emozioni.
