Il progetto del Palazzetto CONI all’Acqua Acetosa (Roma) è stato ripreso dalla rivista TSPORT e dal portale online Sport&impianti come esempio virtuoso di design impiantistico in BIM. Inaugurato il primo marzo scorso, il nuovo edificio integra ampie dotazioni sportive del Centro di Preparazione Olimpica romano e raggiunge nuovi obiettivi di permeabilità e flessibilità spaziale, sostenibilità e potenziamento dell’offerta sportiva. Grazie al supporto informativo di Margherita Roverato, BIM Coordinator del progetto, le due testate descrivono l’aspetto della progettazione impiantistica MEP, dal fotovoltaico all'impianto di ventilazione, fino al riscaldamento e condizionamento, il tutto orientato alle fonti rinnovabili. New 20-Dirham banknote celebrates Morocco’s architectural heritage and socio-cultural development. 🏛️ The Grand Theatre of Rabat is represented on the reverse side together with Mohammed VI Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, featuring culture, art and sports-related graphics to highlight the contributions of these areas to the country's growth. It's an honour for Incide Engineering to see all the work and effort put into this important project, one of the most iconic structures in Morocco, designed by the visionary Zaha Hadid Architects. Its complex geometry required an innovative approach, generated through the creation of a design flow that utilised: 📌Parametric design 📌Self-generative criteria 📌Interoperability By this method, Incide developed the construction design of the very distinctive amorphous-shaped façade and supporting steel substructures. 🏗️ Work in progress per l’Hangar PG109, Aeroporto di Ciampino Sta prendendo vita il design dell’hangar progettato per Aeroporti di Roma attraverso calcoli strutturali ed energetici finalizzati alla certificazione LEED. In particolare, l’attività si è sviluppata a partire dallo studio di fattibilità fino alla progettazione preliminare ed esecutiva in BIM, integrata e coordinata tra quattro discipline: 📌civile 📌strutturale 📌architettonica 📌MEP Sono state ideate, inoltre, le operazioni di demolizione e i successivi collegamenti delle utenze ai sottoservizi esistenti. Il nuovo Hangar sarà adibito al ricovero e manutenzione di velivoli per una parte, e per un'altra ad uffici, zone di addestramento e sale di rappresentanza dell’aviazione generale. 🚧 Nuova linfa per il Mercato Ortofrutticolo di Camaiore (LU), che avrà una veste rinnovata per diventare un'eccellenza toscana e punto di riferimento nazionale nel settore. Una ristrutturazione di edilizia conservativa, che porrà i riflettori su sostenibilità, miglioramento logistico e valorizzazione degli spazi. Incide Engineering si è aggiudicata la Gara per il miglioramento funzionale del Mercato lidese in associazione a AI Progetti e Gottardo Associati, che prevede servizi di ingegneria e architettura per la progettazione di fattibilità tecnica ed economica, progettazione esecutiva, CSP, CSE e Direzioni dei lavori.
