Lo studio IP LAW GALLI è stato fondato nel 2004 ed è ancora diretto dall'Avv. Prof. Cesare Galli, titolare della cattedra di Diritto Industriale nella Facoltà di Giurisprudenza dell'Università degli Studi di Parma e già socio dello Studio Vanzetti e Associati, nel quale ha operato dal 1986 al 2003. La sua attività si colloca principalmente nell'ambito del Diritto Industriale e della Proprietà Intellettuale, pur spaziando anche nei settori del Diritto Commerciale generale e del Diritto Antitrust. Nato come uno studio «di eccellenza» altamente specializzato nel settore IP e caratterizzato da un approccio rigorosamente market oriented e dalla forte impronta personale del suo fondatore, lo studio mantiene fermamente questa impostazione, senza trascurare l’importanza di disporre di una squadra di forti professionalità, in grado di coordinarsi col leader con obiettivi e metodi condivisi e di muoversi in un contesto prevalentemente internazionale, ma in pari tempo con un forte radicamento nelle aree più significative della vita economica del nostro Paese. - IP LAW GALLI firm was established in 2004 and is still led by Professor Cesare Galli, Full Professor of Intellectual Property Law at University of Parma and associate of Vanzetti e Associati law firm from 1986 to 2003. Its activity is mainly focused on the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, also ranging in the areas of general Commercial Law and Antitrust Law. Founded as an "excellence" firm highly specialized in the IP field and characterized by a strictly market-oriented approach and the strong personal imprint of its founder, the firm firmly maintains this approach, without neglecting the importance of having a team of strong professionals, able to coordinate with the leader with shared goals and methods and to move in a predominantly international context, but at the same time with a strong rootedness in the most significant areas of the Italian economic life.

We share the interesting recent report conducted by EUIPO - European Union Intellectual Property Office and European Patent Office regarding Intellectual property rights and firm performance in the European Union, which shows that, in general, companies that hold registered IP perform better than those that do not register such rights. In particular, companies with intellectual property rights (IPRs) generate 23.8% more revenue per employee compared to those without IPRs and, when adjusting for factors like industry, company size, and location, this revenue advantage increases to 41%, with an even greater impact observed among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs); businesses that own IPRs also pay employees wages that are, on average, 22% higher than those paid by companies without IPRs; approximately half of large companies hold IPRs and, while only around 10% of small and medium-sized businesses register IPRs, those that do report 44% higher revenue per employee compared to their counterparts without IPRs. https://lnkd.in/dYHTkfwn
