It was an astounding professional experience representing the Johns Hopkins SAIS Europe at the United Nations Career Trek. We had the privilege to understand the workings and career opportunities at different UN organizations: WTO, ITC, ONHCR, ICRC, IOM, Gavi, amongst others. Moreover, it was an opportunity for networking and experience sharing.

Great event in Berlin last Friday discussing "Quo vadis Europa?" with Johns Hopkins SAIS Europe alumni, Hertie School students, and representatives. The panel featured SAIS Europe Rector, Professor Renaud Dehousse, and Hertie School President Professor Cornelia Woll, exploring the challenges and opportunities ahead for the EU. The insightful discussion was followed by an engaging alumni reunion, bringing together committed individuals shaping the future of Europe. This past weekend, Johns Hopkins SAIS Europe alumni gathered for the annual Amici di Bologna event at SAIS’ new home in Washington, D.C., the Hopkins Bloomberg Center. Alumni, staff, and faculty enjoyed a symposium on the impact of elections in the U.S. and around the world, featuring insights from faculty based in both D.C. and Bologna. The evening continued with cocktails and dinner, where “Bolognesi” of all generations reconnected and exchanged memories of their time at SAIS Europe.
