🌱 La Settimana della Sostenibilità di Confindustria Veneto Est giunge alla sua IV edizione con quattro giornate tematiche, dedicate rispettivamente a governance, ambiente, sociale ed energia. Il tema del 2025 è la Resilienza, intesa come la capacità delle aziende di adottare un approccio sostenibile per mantenere la competitività nel lungo periodo. Seguire un modello di business basato sui criteri ESG consente di ridurre rischi regolamentari, reputazionali e operativi, oltre a garantire un’attenzione costante all’ambiente, al benessere dei lavoratori e a una governance trasparente ed efficace. L’evento ospiterà seminari, incontri e workshop con la partecipazione di esperti, università, centri di ricerca, startup, Pubblica Amministrazione e imprese locali. Each day is dedicated to a specific topic, that is governance, environment, social issues, and energy respectively. The 2025 main theme is resilience, to be meant as the ability of companies to adopt a sustainable approach and maintain competitiveness in the long term. In fact, following a business model based on ESG criteria reduces regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. At the same time, it ensures a constant attention to the environment, well-being of workers, and transparent and effective governance. The event is hosting seminars, meetings, and workshops with the involvement of experts, universities, research centers, startups, Public Administration, and local companies. Labomar Group is participating to share insights about its evolution into a sustainable company.

📌 Il team Labomar ha partecipato ad una formazione organizzata in collaborazione con H-FARM AI, sul tema Microsoft CoPilot. Durante gli incontri sono stati presentati gli strumenti del chat bot e casi concreti per migliorare l'efficienza del lavoro. I colleghi hanno preso parte ad attività hands-on e a dimostrazioni pratiche per sperimentare lo strumento. - - - 📌 Labomar took part to a workshop about Microsoft CoPilot that was organized in collaboration with H-FARM AI. During the meetings, chat bot tools and practical cases to improve work efficiency were presented. Colleagues took part in hands-on activities and pragmatic demonstrations to experiment with the tool.
