💼 L’importanza della #certificazione di #genere per la #parità di #genere 💼 🏆 La relazione Consiglio Nazionale dell'Economia e del Lavoro (CNEL) sui servizi pubblici per l’anno 2024 appena presentata 👉 https://lnkd.in/e9VDEvhF sottolinea come la certificazione di genere rappresenti un passo decisivo verso l'uguaglianza di genere nelle organizzazioni. Questo strumento infatti monitora e promuove pratiche inclusive, contribuendo a ridurre le disuguaglianze nei luoghi di lavoro. 🔍 Perché è importante? La certificazione di genere permette di valutare le politiche aziendali su temi come la retribuzione, le opportunità di carriera e il bilanciamento tra vita lavorativa e personale. 📊 Numeri chiave "A partire dal 30 giugno 2022 fino al 22 febbraio 2024, Il Comitato settoriale di accreditamento certificazione e ispezione ha accreditato 50 Organismi di certificazione, che a loro volta hanno provveduto a rilasciare 2267 certificazioni della parità di genere a imprese di tutte le dimensioni. In particolare, le imprese certificate ad oggi si dividono in 544 grandi, 751 medie, 765 piccole e 207 microimprese." 💪 Questi progressi dimostrano che investire nella parità di genere è non solo un imperativo etico, ma anche un vantaggio competitivo.
