And it’s all thanks to our amazing team and everyone who believes in us that we’re now able to celebrate this important milestone. This anniversary is even more special due to a double occasion: M74 shares its birthday with our CEO, Monica Galantucci! Also, we wanted to leave our unique mark: in order to celebrate properly, we hosted our first Padel Tournament, thus mixing work, fun, and team spirit in our own, special way. Responsibilities: • Personnel management using the Zucchetti software. • Management of the active cycle and invoicing (using Fatture in Cloud). • Recording of bank statements. • Handling of foreign self-billing. • Corporate purchasing. • Monitoring contractual deadlines for employees and freelance VAT workers. • Support in administrative procedures. Requirements: • Proficiency in using management software: Experience with the Zucchetti software for personnel management. • Knowledge of accounting and invoicing: familiarity with “Fatture in Cloud” software and ability to manage the active invoicing cycle. • Precision and attention to detail: ability to accurately record bank statements. • Knowledge of international tax regulations: experience in handling foreign self-billing. • Organizational skills: ability to manage corporate purchases and monitor contractual deadlines. • Administrative skills: experience in supporting daily administrative tasks. • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with employees and collaborators. • Problem-solving: Ability to efficiently and independently solve problems. • Proactivity and autonomy: Capability to manage tasks independently and proactively. We are delighted to share another exciting adventure that the M74 team has been pursuing over the past few months. We have just concluded our first PCTO (“Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation”) with students from the Istituto di Istruzione Superiore Statale “Caravaggio” (Liceo Artistico) in Rome. PCTO is an initiative made possible by Italian Law n.145 that promotes the introduction of young people into the business world through practical experience in companies. The journey that M74 undertook, together with the third-year students of Liceo Caravaggio, was stimulating and educational for everyone. Working side by side with these talented young people was incredibly rewarding not only for them but for us as well. We would like to thank Caravaggio High School for giving us the opportunity to collaborate, Professor Filippo Paris for believing in this experience, and all the students for the commitment and passion shown in each of our meetings. We are thrilled to share a new exciting project we have worked on: “Marconi - The Man Who Connected the World.” The Italian TV miniseries directed by Lucio Pellegrini was broadcast on Rai 1 on the occasion of the centenary of the invention of the radio.
