🚨 Key ESG Regulatory Deadlines in 2025 🌎 Sustainability reporting requirements are changing this year. New expectations are coming from the ISSB and the EU, and other regulators around the world. As sustainability shifts from a voluntary practice to a core reporting and business requirement, firms will need to change how they are thinking about implementation and action. 🚚 Ad oggi il 60% delle organizzazioni nel settore della #logisitica non ha una chiara definizione delle priorità in ambito #ESG né a breve né a lungo termine (fonte: Digital Supply Chain Institute - Il Sole 24 Ore). 🎯 Il position paper "Il futuro dei Centri Logistici: sfide e opportunità per una crescita sostenibile" presentato questa mattina da Green Building Council Italia si pone l’obiettivo di stimolare la diffusione di approcci e di tecnologie che possano portare grandi benefici ambientali. ❇️ I poli logistici sono una realtà sempre più importante nel panorama edilizio nazionale, con un impatto notevole sull'#ambiente e sulla #società: la progettazione di ogni nuovo polo può diventare un'occasione per realizzare edifici energeticamente e idricamente efficienti, resilienti ai cambiamenti climatici, che offrono posti di lavoro e occasioni di inclusione sociale. 🍃 I protocolli di sostenibilità, come #LEED ma non solo, diventanto quindi strumenti concreti per quantificare e guidare la #sostenibilità di questi interventi.
