Un pensiero ... un'azienda
Ill.mo Signor Ministro Giorgetti, sono Massimo Maffeis, CEO della Maffeis Engineering Spa, società di ingegneria con 200 lavoratori dipendenti solo in Italia, oltre i 300 considerando le nostre società estere in tutto il mondo. Leggendo dei possibili tagli e nuove tasse, incremento di accise per raggiungere il budget necessario per la finanziaria del 2024-2025, rivolgo a Lei, che so essere una persona attenta a questi temi, una serie di pensieri personali e se, mi permette, qualche suggerimento...... Ieri sera ascoltando il telegiornale che riportava come la “manovra richiederà sacrifici da tutti”, deducevo che, come al solito, per finanziare la nuova legge di bilancio saranno colpite sempre le stesse persone, ossia i lavoratori dipendenti, che risultano essere facilmente raggiungibili, permettendo di fare facile “cassetta”, come vale per gli aumenti di gasolio, sigarette, IRPEF etc. Ma colpire i lavoratori dipendenti significa colpire anche le aziende e la loro produttività: una logica ben lontana dal “non disturbare chi vuole fare. Chi fa impresa va sostenuto e agevolato, non vessato”....... Io ritengo che in Italia avremmo bisogno non più di finanziarie annuali, ma di una visione politica che vada ben oltre le prossime elezioni: una visione di “che Italia vogliamo lasciare ai nostri figli”. Abbiamo un debito pubblico mostruoso, ma chi veramente lo pagherà, se mai verrà mai pagato?! Abbiamo bisogno di Statisti che pensino prima al bene dell’Italia e degli Italiani piuttosto che alla propria sedia, o alla sedia che dovranno occupare dopo il mandato....... Il coraggio di non fare politiche finalizzate alle prossime elezioni, vi ripagherà: ci sarà più gente che andrà a votare e che vi voterà, e lo stesso sarà per i forfettari, come per i taxisti, i balneari etc. Sul problema dell’emersione del “nero”, togliamo il contante e incrociamo i dati di tutte le carte di credito, carte premio, carte fedeltà: il PIL italiano schizzerà verso l’alto, troverete tutti i fondi necessari alle vostre finanziare, e cominceremo anche a diminuire il nostro debito, che è il debito dei nostri figli e nipoti. El-Ferdan Bridge The structural design of the bridge itself was developed in parallel with an integrated design of the several mechanical devices the bridge is equipped with. The rotation of the two 8000 tons half bridges, is guarantee by a rim girder with nominal diameter of 17.1m, rolling over 112 forged rollers with conical section and average diameter of 400mm. The rotation is performed by two 55kW electrical motors activating two syntonised pinions over a semi-circular rack. The dimension of the rotation gear allows to transfer vertical forces and bending moments in both directions. At midspan, the connection between the east and west parts is guaranteed through four forged pins with dimensions of 1200x650mm, activated by hydraulic pistons with more than two meters of stroke and able to support a shear load of more than 25000 kN. Since the locking devices are placed at the tip of the 170m cantilever, a sophisticated alignment system has been designed to guarantee the connection between the portion of the bridge within all possible differential movement scenarios between east and west span. On the back side, at the connection with the abutment, an innovative “scissor system” has been developed, to guarantee the vertical and horizontal alignment simultaneously. As for the design of the main steel structure, an automated system has been generated to import automatically the forces form the global FEM model to the sub-model developed for the optimization of the node connection. Once defined the wall thickness of all the steel members, the 3D model of all the mechanical parts has been integrated, to simulate and optimize the movements of the different pins and pistons. Si tratta di un intervento modello che, portando nel sottosuolo ben due tratti della ferrovia, migliorerà sensibilmente #mobilità e #qualità urbana (nuova fermata, piste ciclopedonali, ricuciture, aree verdi).
