Heavy garments designed for colder climates remain crucial for revenue, especially since 50% of Malo's products are evergreen. However, a positive trend is emerging: customers are increasingly focused on durable quality and the value of made in Italy, aspects that transcend seasonal fashions and climatic conditions. The emphasis on sustainability and quality has become a key value for the brand. Consumers are growing tired of the throwaway culture and increasingly value long-lasting products. In line with this philosophy, Malo steers clear of aggressive discounting practices, which Maiocchi views as not only counterproductive but also harmful to the brand's image. To address the market's evolving demands and maintain customer engagement, Malo has introduced capsule collections. These mini-collections not only refresh the seasonal offering but also serve as a basis for in-store events, including intimate fashion shows for select customers. This strategy enriches the shopping experience and revitalizes the image of Malo's stores.
