On the occasion of #InternationalWomensDay, we want to share our concrete commitment to gender equality and social sustainability. Partnering with Fondazione Marisa Bellisario, we participated in the 24th edition of the “Women, Economy & Power” seminar in Rome, where over 400 prominent figures from business, journalism and politics gathered to discuss gender parity, European roles, and global challenges. We led the “Women and Governance” discussion, emphasizing the importance of diversity and inclusion in corporate leadership. Recently, we achieved Gender Equality Certification, underscoring our ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive, equitable workplace. With a workforce that is 62% female, 40% in managerial roles, and 50% in leadership, we want to continue to set the standard for diversity & inclusion in the eyewear industry. #Marcolin #BoundlessVision
