Mdf incentives & Slow tours is a boutique Leisure & MICE Travel agency that started up from the idea and expertise of a globetrotter, multilingual and natural born Sicilian - yes, it's me - Maria Di Fede.
It all started from my idea of travelling, that means making experiences, sharing emotions and building relationships between people.
My Mission is: People come first! This is the reason why my efforts are spent in humanizing the entire process, from design & marketing to sales and, above all, after-sales. This is why I'm proud to welcome everybody as my Guests.
My aim is to build truly lasting relationships, thereby building guests and partner loyalty by developing products & services based on their needs and desires.
The leitmotif of my Slow Tours philosophy is: Back to the Roots and live as a local! For me this is the only way to create unique travel experiences that capture the essence of a destination, and this is what leads me to design once-in-a-lifetime experiences for individuals, families, and teams.
