Since the beginning of this year, Cáritas Coimbra has been implementing the Agape Ecosystem project in several locations, and has already engaged around 80 participants. This project is based on the adoption of various advanced technologies, included in a platform (AGAPE Platform), which allow monitoring of older adult's physical activity and a personalised follow-up by formal and informal carers.
𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗣𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠:

AGAPE services ecosystem adoption strategies are being deployed and assessed in 3 EU countries, namely: 📍Portugal, 📍Italy, and 📍Romania.
