In occasione della Giornata Internazionale della Donna, abbiamo deciso di arricchire la nostra biblioteca aziendale con due nuovi titoli: "Stai zitta" di Michela Murgia e "Le signore non parlano di soldi" di Azzurra Rinaldi. Questi libri offrono spunti di riflessione sulle dinamiche di potere, sulla marginalizzazione delle donne nella società e sulla discriminazione di genere nell’ambito economico. Tematiche di grande rilevanza, in particolare nel mondo del lavoro, che ci chiamano a un impegno costante per superare la discriminazione di genere e garantire una parità reale e concreta. Oggi in azienda abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare la famiglia Mamprin, discendenti di emigrati veneti che, alla fine dell'800, partirono alla volta del Brasile in cerca di fortuna. Sono i fondatori della celebre catena Frango Assado. Gli eredi di quarta generazione di Angelo Mamprin sono tornati a Campo San Martino per celebrare il legame con la loro terra natale e condividere il successo di un'impresa che affonda le radici nel nostro territorio. “Oggi è stato un onore accogliere i discendenti di una famiglia che ha scritto una pagina importante nella storia dell’imprenditoria in Brasile” afferma Elisa Finco vicepresidente di Facco. “Facco da sempre guarda al futuro dell’industria avicola, ma con un profondo rispetto per le radici e le tradizioni che hanno reso questo settore quello che è oggi.
