Meet Ana, our Store Manager at the brand new LEGO® Chiado in Lisbon! 👋 Hello everyone! I'm Ana Piteira, the Store Manager of LEGO Chiado in Lisbon and, formerly, I was Assistant Manager at the first LEGO® Certified Store in Portugal, at LEGO® Colombo. With a long experience in retail, particularly with Nike where I spent 13 years in various roles including sales assistant, team coach, trainer, and Assistant Head Coach, I've learned the importance of professionalism, perseverance, and always striving to improve. My goal has always been to develop the teams I work with and to step out of my comfort zone to embrace projects I believe in. This is what makes me so happy and excited. * 🌟 Ana’s Thoughts: "Getting out of your comfort zone is the first step to growing beyond measure. On July 24th, 25th, and 26th, we held three fantastic days of Recruiting in the heart of Rome for our new Starbucks opening in Rome City Center. We were excited to meet so many enthusiastic candidates applying for the role of Barista. One of the highlights was the engaging assessment activity where candidates showcased their creativity by crafting personalized cups through origami and preparing orders for customers. We were truly impressed by the talent and passion displayed by all participants. Thank you to everyone who attended and made these days a tremendous success! And a round of applause for the Acquisition Team for organizing the Recruiting Days!
