Si è conclusa la terza edizione dell’iniziativa “In Action Esg CLIMATE” con la premiazione dei 4 progetti più innovativi e con un impatto significativo a favore della transizione ecologica. Alle imprese vincitrici è stato riconosciuto un contributo complessivo di 650 mila euro: prima classificata la start up Sinergy Flow, seconde classificate ex aequo Novac e Phononic Vibes, terza classificata Hiro Robotics. MetaVibration stops groundborne vibrations generated from railway that travel towards the housing nearby. It has been tested with Deutsche Bahn, Prorail in Netherlands and Italian Cities such as Florence, Bologna and Milan. Absorption and insulation properties of acoustic materials are key indicators for solution design. The proposed Cabin is a very efficient lab equipment to measure both acoustic absoption exploting the internal volume of the chamber and insulation thanks to the calibrated roof. MetaPanelAbsorbing is thin lightweight layer made of recycled plastics or metals which can absorb sound as good as wool or foam materials, being significantly less expensive and sustainable. The amount of material saved is 97% with respect to existing bulky solutions thank to the exploitation of metamaterial resonant phenomena.
