#SAS #TravelSecurity #SecurityServices #Pakistan: The deputy commissioner of Swat has issued an alert calling for the postponement of all public gatherings due to concerns over potential terrorism threats. This alert was prompted by a planned peace march organized by the Swat Qaumi Jirga. Despite the alert, the jirga has announced that they will proceed with the march, asserting that they will not allow artificial terrorism to disrupt the region. The march is scheduled to take place at Nishat Chowk in Mingora, with heightened security measures in place. Various political parties, lawyers, the business community, and civil society members have expressed their support for the peace march and confirmed their participation. The Swat Qaumi Jirga has rejected the deputy commissioner's alert and is rallying for unity and peace amidst the current unrest. #Investigations #Intelligence #Securityservices #Executiveprotection #Securitymanagement #Travelrisk #Travelsecurity #Riskanalysis #Securitylogistic For info: S.A.S. investigations and security Phone: +39 0463 901545 Web: www.sasinvestigation.com Mail. info@sasinvestigation.com

#SAS #TravelSecurity #SecurityServices #UK: Counter-terror police in the UK are concerned about the potential smuggling of Soviet-era rocket launchers and missiles into the country. These "old but effective" weapons, which have been seen in war zones such as Ukraine and the Middle East, could be used by terrorists to target passenger jets and other high-profile locations. The National Counter-Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO) has identified six classes of munitions that pose a heightened risk, including shoulder-launched anti-aircraft missiles, rocket-propelled grenades, and the AK-47 assault rifle. While there is currently no immediate threat involving these weapons, law enforcement agencies are wary of increased risks due to escalating conflicts in the Middle East and a proliferation of military-grade weapons from conflict zones. "Stand-off" weapons, capable of being fired from a distance, are considered a particular threat in scenarios involving aviation and the protection of VIPs. One such weapon is the Strela-2 shoulder-launched surface-to-air missile, which was used in an attack linked to Al-Qaeda in 2002. The Royal United Services Institute estimates that as many as 100,000 Strela-type weapons may be available on the global black market. Other Soviet-made or Cold War-era weapons such as the RPG-7 rocket-propelled grenade, AK-47 assault rifle, and 120mm portable mortar also pose significant threats. These weapons are popular among armed groups due to their age and effectiveness. Additionally, modern weapons systems like anti-tank missiles and converted commercial drones are also considered dangerous. The concern is that global instability has made bigger and better weapons more readily available on the black market than ever before. Law enforcement agencies are closely monitoring these risks and working to prevent such arms from reaching British shores. #Investigations #Intelligence #Securityservices #Executiveprotection #Securitymanagement #Travelrisk #Travelsecurity #Riskanalysis #Securitylogistic For info: S.A.S. investigations and security Phone: +39 0463 901545 Web: www.sasinvestigation.com Mail. info@sasinvestigation.com

#SAS #TravelSecurity #SecurityServices #Pakistan: In a recent intelligence-based operation conducted by security forces in Razmak, North Waziristan District, at least eight Khwarij terrorists were killed. The operation took place on the night of September 25 and 26 in response to reports of terrorist presence. An intense exchange of gunfire occurred between the security forces and the terrorists, resulting in the elimination of eight Khwarij individuals. Alongside the fatalities, weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the deceased terrorists. These individuals were known for their involvement in terrorist activities against security forces, as well as their target killing of innocent civilians. The military's media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), stated that efforts are underway to sanitize the area and eliminate any remaining Khwarij extremists. The security forces are determined to eradicate terrorism from the country entirely. #Investigations #Intelligence #Securityservices #Executiveprotection #Securitymanagement #Travelrisk #Travelsecurity #Riskanalysis #Securitylogistic For info: S.A.S. investigations and security Phone: +39 0463 901545 Web: www.sasinvestigation.com Mail. info@sasinvestigation.com

#SAS #TravelSecurity #SecurityServices #Nigeria: In a tragic incident at Tipper Garage in Mpape, Abuja, suspected terrorists, also known as bandits, launched a deadly attack. The mosque's imam, Ahmad Maidara, was killed during the attack, and a prominent transporter named Alhaji Salisu Danfulani was abducted. The attack took place on Sunday evening, just after the conclusion of the day's final prayers. Eyewitnesses reported that the attackers ambushed the group as they were leaving the mosque. Imam Maidara attempted to escape through a different route but was shot and killed by bandits stationed along his escape path. Another member of the garage was also shot and rushed to the hospital for treatment. The gunmen fled the scene through the mountainous terrain near the garage. Comrade Hamza Muhammad, the national president of the Nigeria Union of Mine Workers, confirmed the incident. The body of the deceased imam was taken to his residence in Gwagwa town and laid to rest on Monday. This shocking attack highlights the ongoing security challenges faced by communities in Abuja and emphasizes the need for increased vigilance and security measures to protect innocent lives. #Investigations #Intelligence #Securityservices #Executiveprotection #Securitymanagement #Travelrisk #Travelsecurity #Riskanalysis #Securitylogistic For info: S.A.S. investigations and security Phone: +39 0463 901545 Web: www.sasinvestigation.com Mail. info@sasinvestigation.com

#SAS #TravelSecurity #SecurityServices #Pakistan: During an intelligence-based operation in Nankana Sahib, three terrorists were killed while two managed to escape. The terrorists had engaged in a shootout with the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) team, resulting in their own comrades accidentally firing upon them. The CTD recovered various weapons and explosives from the scene. The CTD is currently conducting a search operation to apprehend the escaped terrorists and has set up a picket near Motorway Nankana Interchange A. The identification of the deceased terrorists is underway. It is revealed that these terrorists were planning a major attack on Lahore. This incident adds to the increasing number of terrorist attacks in Pakistan, with 59 such incidents occurring in August alone. In response, the CTD Punjab has launched multiple intelligence-based operations across the province, resulting in the arrest of nine terrorists last week. In a separate operation in Dera Ghazi Khan, two terrorists were killed. The authorities continue to work diligently to maintain peace and security in the country. #Investigations #Intelligence #Securityservices #Executiveprotection #Securitymanagement #Travelrisk #Travelsecurity #Riskanalysis #Securitylogistic For info: S.A.S. investigations and security Phone: +39 0463 901545 Web: www.sasinvestigation.com Mail. info@sasinvestigation.com

#SAS #TravelSecurity #SecurityServices #Russia: Russian law enforcement authorities have dismantled a female terrorist cell in Tatarstan, the republic in Russia. The Federal Security Service (FSB) released a video showing armed agents entering a house and detaining women. The FSB found and confiscated extremist literature, communication equipment, and electronic storage devices used for terrorist activities. The women are accused of spreading terrorist ideology and recruiting Russian citizens for an unnamed banned terrorist organization. This arrest is part of a series of recent arrests made across Russia. In August, the FSB arrested two "religious figures" suspected of recruiting people for terrorist organizations in Syria. Russian law enforcement authorities have intensified their crackdown on suspected terrorist activities following a deadly attack in March at a concert hall near Moscow. #Investigations #Intelligence #Securityservices #Executiveprotection #Securitymanagement #Travelrisk #Travelsecurity #Riskanalysis #Securitylogistic For info: S.A.S. investigations and security Phone: +39 0463 901545 Web: www.sasinvestigation.com Mail. info@sasinvestigation.com

#SAS #TravelSecurity #SecurityServices #BurkinaFaso: According to a report by Human Rights Watch (HRW), armed groups with connections to al-Qaeda and ISIL have intensified their attacks on civilians in Burkina Faso. The report reveals that at least 128 civilians have been killed in seven separate attacks, which the HRW describes as violations of international humanitarian law and war crimes. The groups have been accused of massacring villagers, displaced individuals, and Christian worshippers. Ilaria Allegrozzi, a senior researcher at HRW, expressed deep concern over the surge in Islamist violence and called on the group leaders to cease their deadly attacks. Burkina Faso has been grappling with an armed rebellion by ISIL affiliate, the Greater Sahara (ISGS), and al-Qaeda-linked Jama’at Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimin (JNIM) since their incursion from neighboring Mali in 2016. The government, led by Ibrahim Traore, has encouraged civilian involvement in fighting against these groups. Thousands of volunteer army auxiliaries have been recruited, and civilians have been forced to dig defensive trenches. The HRW report contains witness accounts that detail gruesome atrocities committed by these armed groups. One incident, claimed by ISGS, involved an attack on a church in the village of Essakane, which resulted in the deaths of at least 12 people. This attack was reportedly carried out as retaliation against Christians who refused to renounce their faith. JNIM was found to be involved in six other attacks, including an assault on an army base that led to the deaths of 107 soldiers and at least 20 civilians. In one particularly horrifying event, a JNIM attack on civilians digging trenches around the town of Barsalogho reportedly claimed the lives of up to 400 people. The report cites the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project, which states that over 26,000 people, including soldiers, militiamen, and civilians, have been killed in Burkina Faso since 2016. The situation in Burkina Faso remains extremely volatile and requires urgent attention from both national and international authorities to protect innocent civilians from further violence and bloodshed. #Investigations #Intelligence #Securityservices #Executiveprotection #Securitymanagement #Travelrisk #Travelsecurity #Riskanalysis #Securitylogistic For info: S.A.S. investigations and security Phone: +39 0463 901545 Web: www.sasinvestigation.com Mail. info@sasinvestigation.com

#SAS #TravelSecurity #SecurityServices #Mali: Mali's capital, Bamako, was targeted in a terrorist attack on Tuesday, according to the country's army. Gunfire was heard in various areas, including near the airport, which has reportedly been closed. The attack took place at the Faladie gendarmerie training school, with insurgents attempting to infiltrate the facility. The army stated that it currently has control over Bamako and is conducting mopping-up operations in the area. Residents have been advised to avoid the affected area and await official communications. Gunfire was reported in multiple neighborhoods, including those close to the airport. Mali has been grappling with an Islamist insurgency since 2012, which has spread across the Sahel region and coastal countries. Despite promises to improve security, jihadist attacks have continued to escalate, leading to frustration among the population and contributing to recent coups in Mali and neighboring countries. The Malian army has suffered heavy losses in recent clashes with jihadists, even as efforts have been made to strengthen security through alliances with Russia's Wagner private army. This is an ongoing situation and further updates are expected. #Investigations #Intelligence #Securityservices #Executiveprotection #Securitymanagement #Travelrisk #Travelsecurity #Riskanalysis #Securitylogistic For info: S.A.S. investigations and security Phone: +39 0463 901545 Web: www.sasinvestigation.com Mail. info@sasinvestigation.com

#SAS #TravelSecurity #SecurityServices #Finland: Three men in their 30s have been remanded into custody by the Helsinki District Court on suspicion of involvement in a terrorist group's activities. The suspects were detained following an operation conducted by the National Bureau of Investigation and the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service. Although the case is believed to be linked to a radical Islamist international terrorist group, there is no evidence to suggest a threat of a terrorist attack against Finland. The suspects are not Finnish citizens but reside in the country. The suspected offenses took place in Helsinki between January 2023 and June 2024. One of the defendant's lawyers declined to comment on the case. The prosecution has until January to file charges. #Investigations #Intelligence #Securityservices #Executiveprotection #Securitymanagement #Travelrisk #Travelsecurity #Riskanalysis #Securitylogistic For info: S.A.S. investigations and security Phone: +39 0463 901545 Web: www.sasinvestigation.com Mail. info@sasinvestigation.com
