𝐀 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐀𝐂𝐌𝐈 ✨♻️ SACMI has passed selection for the 2023 regional tender for ‘Attraction of Investment in Emilia-Romagna’ with its ‘𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬’ project! This initiative promotes research into sustainable development, technological innovation and resource efficiency, in alignment with the priorities of the regional S3 Smart Specialization Strategy. SACMI's new 27-month project focuses on the research and development of advanced powder pressing and forming technologies, with applications in the #Tile, #Sanitaryware, #Tableware and #AdvancedMaterials sectors. The aim is to 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 that reduce energy, material and water consumption and 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞-𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 among SACMI's various Business Units by exploiting shared technological processes to generate 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
