Yesterday, the annual congress of the Confédération des Glaciers de France took place in Paris. SIGEP participated to support the development of the artisanal gelato in France. Many issues were discussed during the general assembly with talks and presentations by experts and industry representatives. It was an excellent opportunity to ✴️announce the new partnership between EFCEM and Sigep - ITALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP ✴️ discuss the market trends in a thriving sector, despite the current international challenges. 2024 data show a growth in turnover and exports, with levels higher by 20% and 30% respectively compared to 2019.
