💫 Workshop Virtual and Augmented Reality Applications in Cleanroom - ISCC2024. Andrea Daviddi, CDE manager and R&D Specialist together with Daniele Pellegrini, IT & VR specialist, at Techniconsult Group, delivered “hands-on” demonstration on Virtual and Augmented Reality applications in cleanrooms during the courses organized by the Politecnico di Milano in partnership with ASCCA - ASSOCIAZIONE STUDIO E CONTROLLO CONTAMINAZIONE AMBIENTALE and ICCCS at the Bovisa Campus on October 18th-19th. The attendants were able to understand the benefits of these new technologies: Virtual Reality for training and design review: - Save time and training costs - Train production personnel without interfering with facility operations - VR design reviews improve facility ergonomics - Its ease of use enhances stakeholder engagement Augmented Reality for construction and maintenance activities - Reduce errors and quickly identify reworks, optimizing construction processes and increasing productivity - Identify maintenance activity, simplify item location Digital Twins applied to operational efficiency optimization: - Manage knowledge and aggregate data for better insights - Address known challenges with potential solutions #Techniconsultgroup #workshop #virtualreality #innovation #training

💫 Workshop sulla visualizzazione del flusso d’aria in Cleanroom Siamo felici di aver contribuito attivamente all’organizzazione tecnica ed operativa del Simposio di ISCC2024 tramite Pier Angelo Galligani, responsabile scientifico dell’evento, e di aver inoltre collaborato alla realizzazione di questi workshop, unici nel loro genere, che si sono dimostrati, a detta di molti, una forma eccellente di hands-on training per i professionisti delle cleanroom. Lapo Galligani, Direttore Tecnico e Esperto in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) presso Techniconsult Group, ha tenuto lezioni e sessioni pratiche sulla simulazione CFD in cleanroom durante i corsi organizzati da Politecnico di Milano in partnership con ASCCA - ASSOCIAZIONE STUDIO E CONTROLLO CONTAMINAZIONE AMBIENTALE e ICCCS presso il Campus Bovisa il 18-19 ottobre.
