A highly interesting meeting was held yesterday on internationalization in the era of digital transition, with a focus on #digitalhealth and healthcare data management. The event offered valuable insights on emerging technologies and opportunities for companies in the #medical sector, thanks to contributions from experts and companies in the field. To kick off the session, were speeches by Regione Piemonte (regional Government) and the General Manager of Piemonte Agency, Stefano Nigro, who offered an overview of local initiatives to support the overseas competitiveness of Piemonte's supply chain, as the Integrated Supply Chain Project “Health and Wellness,” followed by Alberta Pasquero, CEO of the Bioindustry Park Silvano Fumero S.p.A. Società Benefit, which hosted the event. The two panels explored the main trends in digital health, with a focus on the adoption of innovative solutions such as #ArtificialIntelligence, #wearable and #telemedicine. In addition, the topic of digitization of health data was addressed, with a focus on the European Health Data Space (EHDS), highlighting the challenges and opportunities in adopting digital systems to improve efficiency and collaboration in healthcare, both locally and internationally. FACT, short for “Future of the Agricultural Tractors” is a European R&D project co-funded by Emilia Romagna region with the Teoresi Group leading the charge through Teoresi MedTech. The project aims to develop a virtual and experimental laboratory tailored for agricultural vehicles.
