Genziana Giacomelli, Human Resource Director, ha partecipato all’evento “Parità: una grande impresa”, organizzato dall’AdSP del Mar Ligure Orientale. Durante la tavola rotonda, ha raccontato il percorso che il Gruppo Tarros ha intrapreso per ottenere la Certificazione UNI PdR 125:2022, evidenziando i benefici immediati delle nuove pratiche adottate.

Genziana Giacomelli, Human Resource Director, participated in the event “Parity: A Great Enterprise”, organized by the AdSP of the Eastern Ligurian Sea. During the roundtable discussion, she shared the journey that the Tarros Group has undertaken to achieve the UNI PdR 125:2022 Certification, highlighting the immediate benefits of the newly adopted practices.
