The Tod's Group actively enhances and promotes craftsmanship skills and 'savoir-faire' among young people. Since 2012, with the Bottega dei Mestieri project, we have activated 290 internships, welcoming young talents to our production plants and often leading them to hold positions of responsibility. With Bottega dei Mestieri,we promote generational change in Made in Italy craftsmanship, a fundamental factor for its global success.
