Born in Rome, Emanuele began his culinary journey at fourteen, working at prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. His career includes stints in Malaysia, California, and London. Returning to Italy, he taught at culinary schools. Now, as Executive Chef of Twiga in Monaco, Emanuele oversees culinary operations and leads global ventures, blending exotic and traditional elements with high-quality ingredients.

From Thessaloniki, Greece, Stavros moved to London eight years ago to broaden his culinary expertise. He has mastered Greek, Italian, Japanese, Peruvian, and French cuisines. As Head Chef of Sumosan Twiga, his versatility and experience shine through in every dish his team creates.
