🚀 Exciting Progress! 🌍 We just wrapped up the 2nd Project and Steering Committee Meeting in beautiful Brindisi, hosted by STP Brindisi S.p.A. 🎉 Our partners presented detailed plans for the pilot actions, which will be tested during summer 2025. Here's what's happening in each region: 🌟 Dubrovnik: Dubrovnik Airport and Dubrovnik Port Authority will develop a joint web application for optimizing passenger flows and intermodal transport. 🚎✨ Both partners will embrace green solutions and electric mobility to enhance passenger experience and reduce energy consumption. 🌟 Venice: North Adriatic Sea Port Authority - Ports of Venice and Chioggia and SAVE S.p.A. will conduct a feasibility study for the Fly&Cruise project 🛫🛳. This involves safe sterile luggage transfer between the port and airport, ensuring smooth, secure, and once-only customs, health, and security checks. 🚢🛂 🌟 Pula: Port Authority Of Pula will install 2 solar containers for waste recycling and 3 charging stations, contributing to green mobility 🌱⚡. Together with Pulapromet will be implemented smart joint ticketing system (vending machines) 🚌 Pulapromet will test a new 5 km bus line 🚌🌍 with a new MIDI bus being purchased to improve service quality and reduce CO2 emissions 🌱♻️. 🌟 Brindisi: STP Brindisi and Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare Adriatico Meridionale will integrate passenger data and improve intermodal, eco-friendly connectivity between port and city with smart bus shelters 🚍 and real-time information poles 📲. A lot of work is ahead for our partners, all focused on making our regions more connected and sustainable 🌿. Stay tuned for more updates! 💼👷♂️💪 #CROSSCONNECT #EUprojects 🇪🇺 #Interreg #Sustainability #GreenTransport #IntermodalTransport #SmartCities #Brindisi #Dubrovnik #Venice #Pula Interreg Italy-Croatia
