🎤 At the Food & Beverage Hospitality Forum of Alberghi Confindustria, Antonio Zacchera recounted the digital revolution of Zacchera Hotels, which started in 1873 from a strong connection to the land to the sustainable management of resources 🌱 💡 During the pandemic, software was developed that monitors F&B preparations in real time, reducing waste, improving traceability and cutting costs by 30%.
