For our client, group operating in the Energy sector, we are looking for a:

Group Business Controller

Responsibilities

As Group Business Controller you will you will report to the Group Head of Controlling and you will have the following responsibilities:

• Support in the implementation of strategic activities related to the business control and financial & performance management with the goals of;
• provide the company with a futuristic and “native-digital” platform for “real-time performance measurement” and constant financial / performance monitoring, creating an intuitive and user friendly dashboards and other monitoring tools.
• provide the company with a robust set of procedures and tools to perform all relevant business control activities,
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process by company and by business segments;
• Identifying, proposing and evaluating KPI for monitoring and assessing company activities and performance (variances, consumption, efficiency etc.);
• Preparing financial reports for the management and ensuring they are submitted in due time;
• Business control activities and interaction with all the relevant Departments (monthly closing, Capex & Opex control, timely provisions, KPI monitoring);
• Complementary activities to the closing of the budget.
  
  

To Apply In This Role The Candidates Must Have

• 5-8 years work experience in Business/Project Controlling
• Bachelor’s Degree/M
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable working in a fluid and highly collaborative way with a strong ability to listen and adapt
• Demonstrated ability to think out of box and find innovative solutions to traditional problems
