HR Cost Controller Intern
Role description
Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a HR Cost Controller Intern to support the analysis of labor costs. The intern will be actively involved in the monthly analysis of labor cost variances, reporting to our HR Cost controlling Expert and in coordination with the Finance department, ensuring deadlines are met and data is continuously aligned between the two departments. Key responsibilities:
The candidate will support the team in the following activities:
Support the upload of accurate monthly labor costs.
Support the monthly alignment between HR costs and Finance.
Support the coordination with European countries.
To propose improvements in the actual process and tools.
Assist in coordinating with European countries on labor cost matters.
Propose improvements to current processes and tools.
Monthly monitoring and adjustments regarding labor costs.
Bi-monthly presentation of labor cost forecasts.
HR function budget monitoring.
Qualifications required:
Academic Background in Economics, Management, Controlling, Economics with HR specialization, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in English and in Italian.
Analytical mindset.
Good Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and variance analysis.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, with a proactive and initiative-taking attitude.
Basic knowledge of SAP for data extraction should be a plus.
