The company is a leading manufacturer of air and vacuum investment castings for industrial gas turbines and aerospace applications. As HR Manager, you will be reporting directly to CEO, with the following key responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Development and implementation of HR strategies that support the company’s objectives;
Competent advice and support for employees and managers on all HR- related issues like labour law, social security, taxation as well as organizational and individual development;
Continuous development of the corporate culture to strengthen the company's positive work environment in line with values of courage, credibility and respect;
Design and implementation of all operative HR issues including recruiting, employment contract drafting and payroll support.
Requirements
Degree in HR field, business administration or a comparable qualification
10 - 15 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a management position
Very good knowledge of labor law, social security and collective bargaining law (CCNL)
Willingness to accompany and proactively drive change, combined with a structured and analytical mindset
Good command of English
