Opportunity

We are looking for a Process Engineer. Objective of the position is to optimize the production process for assembly lines.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Managing the design of layouts in the production area
• Studying assembly solutions and workstation ergonomics
• Working on prototypes/pre-series of new products with the aim of optimizing the product, defining the best assembly sequence, cycle times and the development of necessary equipment
• Participating in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projects
• Preparing documentation to support production and safety instructions
  
  

To be successful in this role you'll need to have:

• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in the role
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and projects
• Knowledge of the assembly process
• Attention to details
• Creativity and problem solving
• Excellent analytical and priority management skills
• Ability to work in team and strong communication skills
• Fluent in English

• Experience in a manufactory multi-site company
• Specific technical knowledge in the relevant sector
• Experience in company with internal metalwork department
